Miss Nikki joined us as a guest teacher and led the class through a fun and calming yoga session. 🧘‍♀️💫 Along the way, students learned the importance of respecting themselves and showing kindness and respect to others. 💛

We are so grateful to Miss Nikki for sharing her time and talents—it was an AMAZING day of learning and stretching both our bodies and our hearts! 🌟

📚🌄 Field Trip Fun in Hyattville! 🌾🚌 Our 4th graders had an amazing adventure on their field trip to Hyattville! From exploring the natural beauty of the Bighorn Basin to learning about local history and geology, it was a day full of discovery, laughter, and hands-on learning. In STREAM, 3rd grade connected Charlotte’s Web with Robots! They created spider webs and coded Ozobots to trace the web lines.

🌿 Outdoor Learning Day! 🌿 On Tuesday, our 3rd graders took their classroom outside for a hands-on learning adventure! 🔹 Game & Fish – Phil Quick gave students a look at the tools large animal biologists use in the field, like snares, tranquilizers, and bear spray. 🔹 Kari Bales shared about Wyoming’s most valuable resource—water—and taught students about different types of irrigation. 🔹 Laura Siebert, archeologist, guided us on a hike across BLM land, showing how to be good stewards and pointing out evidence of Native American campsites. What an amazing day of learning right in our own backyard! 🍂✨

Mrs Hogan’s reading group has been working on a novel study for the book Notebook of Doom - Day of The Night Crawlers — Today, we learned about sequence of events and made our very own dirt cups topped with “night crawlers” 🪱📚
