What a great Homecoming Week!
We loved seeing everyone's school spirit all week long, and it was great to celebrate teh Broncs and Fillies by dressing in blue and gold.
Our three winners for dress-up day today were Hyrum, Parker, and Gwen!
Good Job, everyone!

4th grade learned a lot about erosion the last few weeks! This activity helped students understand ice, water, and wind erosion and the landforms that are created from each type of erosion.

Congratulations to our TWO winners for Scuba Beach Day, Sophie and Finley! We loved seeing the goggles, floaters, and flippers around the school.
We are so excited to see everyone decked out in Blue and Gold tomorrow! Go Broncs and Fillies!

Wyoming Department of Education and Governor Mark Gordon have declared October 2nd Farm to School Day! Here is a peek into a project with community partner, Jo-el Sauers and Sauers Family Farms!
The 1st Grade Students participated in a Project Based Learning launch during our Farm to School celebration. They had a virtual tour of a microgreen farm , wrote questions about what they want to learn about microgreens, and worked collaboratively to plant microgreen gardens . The students will write and illustrate observations in their Observation Journals while working through other inquiry based and project based learning exercises as they continue to learn how local farmers provide for their communities.

3rd grade had the amazing opportunity to go fishing at Becky Lake with our local Game and Fish. We learned to cast, reel and bring in a fish! We also printed fish molds on paper and learned all about a fish’s anatomy! Such a fun morning!

Last Friday we had a Cereal Party to celebrate with students that turned in their summer reading logs. 🥳

This year, Livingston is continuing with the Character Trait of the Month program! September’s Character Trait was Friendship. Teachers from each class nominated a student in their classroom who consistently demonstrates this quality. Each of these students are kind, helpful, inclusive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We are so grateful they attend our school and make Livingston a welcome and kind place to be!

Introducing your 2024/2025 Livingston Student Council! We are so proud of all the students who ran for Student Council this year. This past week, 4th and 5th graders enjoyed listening to thoughtful speeches, looking at the creative campaign posters, and cheering on all the students. We are proud of everyone who participated in the process!

There is no better way to practice math skills than selling “Skele” popcorn and counting back the change. We are ready for Halloween season here at Livingston!
