Candy Cane Sales

Student council is selling secret candy canes from December 18 through December 20 during last recess! Students can buy a candy cane and card for 50 cents and have it secretly delivered to a special friend.

Recess and Warm Clothing

We believe that children need fresh air and exercise each day, even during the cold winter months. Therefore, we expect children to go outdoors for recess. Students need proper outer clothing, coats, gloves, caps or hoods, and foul weather footwear. When there are extreme temperatures (wind chill or temperature is five degrees or below) or adverse weather conditions (rain, extremely wet snow, high winds, etc.), all children are kept inside. If your child is in need of any winter clothing, please let us know.

We Need Parent Help

Mr. Wood would like to create some parent teams. Please let him know if you would be willing to be on one of these teams.

  • Playground - remodeling ideas
  • Lunchroom experience - video/learning adventures
  • Murals - parents to supervise children painting
